Scope and Object of the General Store Conditions
These General Terms are intended, with the order form, and other elements referred to in them, to regulate the terms and conditions which will govern the
provision of the Online Shop Service by TRIBOO, hereinafter referred to as “TRIBOO”.
The Service consists of making available, through the address www.triboo.pt to access the Online Shop that, in addition to providing information on a set of products and/or services
allows the User, electronically, to order the products disclosed therein, under the terms and conditions described herein. The use of this Online Store gives you the condition of Customer / User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions included in the General Terms & Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy, Delivery and Returns, in force at any time you access the Online Store.
If for any reason you do not fully accept all the conditions established by TRIBOO, you should not access and use the online store. By proceeding with the consultation / purchase of any
content present on this website, you are agreeing to abide by the conditions set forth in this document and in the Privacy Policy, and you may not claim
ignorance of them.
The order of products must be made by Users with age equal or superior to 18 (eighteen) years. The elements and information transmitted by the User will enjoy full
legal effects, the User recognizes the electronic purchases, and may not allege the lack of signature for breach of obligations undertaken.
TRIBOO reserves the right to change and update the General Terms & Conditions periodically and without prior notice to the Customer.
The processing of personal data carried out by TRIBOO complies with current legislation on data protection, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of
European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data
(“General Data Protection Regulation”) and other applicable EU and national legislation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
TRIBOO is responsible for the treatment of personal data of its customers.
In case of violation of the General Terms & Conditions, TRIBOO reserves the right to exercise any and all legally provided actions. In addition, it may be withdrawn any access or
use of the Online Shop may be withdrawn, with or without notice to the Customer. Although we use an evolved encryption software, any payment transmitted over the Internet, or via e-mail, runs some risks, particularly when the Customer does not take the proper precautions and does not assume the proper responsibility conducts.
TRIBOO shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of electronic means of communication, particularly damage resulting from failure or delay in the delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or computer programs used for communications or virus transmission.
TRIBOO cannot be held responsible for the comments of other people, but reserves the right to delete those that incite to violence, racism, hatred, social discrimination, etc. The User must take responsibility for their behavior when accessing/using the website www.triboo.pt.
Product Information and Contents
TRIBOO will do everything possible so that the information presented does not contain typographical errors, which will be quickly corrected whenever they occur. If you purchase a product that has different characteristics than those presented online, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract under the terms of the applicable law (right of free termination – see point 9).
If any product is not available after you have placed your order, you will be notified by email or phone. At that moment the Customer may request the cancellation of the order with the respective refund.
The introduction of links from our website for commercial purposes or without prior authorization from TRIBOO, whether they be images, videos, blog content, description of products or services, lead magnets, ebooks, etc. is expressly prohibited.
In the event that you find, on other websites, links that allow you to access www.triboo.pt or references to the online store www.triboo.pt we inform you that TRIBOO has no responsibility for the links or pages, nor for the content contained therein.
Any legal action shall be dealt with in the district of Lisbon, regardless of the location from which the order was finalized.
Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the Customer to confirm, before purchasing the product, that his expectations about the product correspond to reality.
The User is responsible for the compliance and respect of the indications and safety recommendations.
TRIBOO advises you to ensure the physical stability and safety of any product purchased on the website.
TRIBOO cannot be held responsible for any accident that may occur due to improper use of the products. Any product that is handled by children must be supervised by an adult. Do not let children climb on top of the tents.
Before each use, make sure that the assembly is adequate, and that the item is in perfect condition for optimal and safe use, thus avoiding possible accidents.
When applicable, to prevent objects from falling, they must be fixed to the wall.
The user undertakes to:
– Provide correct and updated personal data and addresses;
– Not use false identities.
If any of the data is incorrect or insufficient, and for this reason there is a delay or impossibility in processing the order, or possible non-delivery, the responsibility is the User, and TRIBOO declines any responsibility.
The use of the products and services purchased for commercial purposes, namely for the resale of goods, without prior authorization from TRIBOO, is expressly prohibited.

Online Purchasing Process
Step 1: Add items to the shopping cart (price in Euros, including VAT at the legal rate in force).
The Customer hereby expressly accepts and acknowledges that:
- The images of the articles presented in the Online Store are merely illustrative in nature and the Customer should proceed to a careful and full reading of the information on the essential characteristics of the articles, and may, in case of doubt, contact info@triboo.pt.
- It is TRIBOO’s responsibility to keep the information on the site updated.
Step 2: Confirmation of the items and services included in the shopping cart
The Customer must carefully confirm all the data present in his order summary, confirming the articles and services selected.
Step 3: Registration / Form Filling
To finalize your order, the Customer will have to fill out a form, in which you must indicate:
● Full name;
● Customer’s phone contacts and e-mail address;
● NIF / NIPC / TIN of the Customer;
● Customer’s address;
● Option and payment details;
● Read and accept the present terms and conditions of the store.
The Customer guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided when filling out the forms, being responsible for any losses caused to TRIBOO resulting from their incorrectness.
The payment methods available are:
Bank Transfer – if the customer chooses this payment solution, he should then send proof of payment to info@triboo.pt. The order will only be shipped after confirmation from TRIBOO of the respective payment. For custom made or personalized items, the manufacture will only be carried out after proof of payment or confirmation of the amount in TRIBOO’s bank account.
Credit Card – American Express, Discover, VISA or Mastercard. This option must indicate the card data (Card number/Validity/CVV).
Step 4: Summary of the order placed
TRIBOO will send an e-mail to the customer with the order confirmation. If, for reasons beyond TRIBOO’s control, the e-mail is not delivered to the customer, he must contact TRIBOO (info@triboo.pt).
Product Availability and Order Confirmation / Cancellation
TRIBOO will only process an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment, therefore TRIBOO cannot guarantee the availability of the items until the beginning of such processing.
The order is shipped by a carrier contracted for the delivery service. TRIBOO only ships orders on business days. Therefore, for estimating delivery time of orders, neither weekends nor holidays are taken into account. Any delay in shipping items, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not give any right to compensation.
The satisfaction of all orders placed on the website is subject to product availability. TRIBOO tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are in stock. However, TRIBOO reserves the right not to accept any orders or to cancel orders already confirmed and paid. In case of unavailability of the product and/or stock rupture, TRIBOO will immediately inform the Customer.
If the Customer chooses to cancel his order, the total amount of his order (100%) will be returned via Bank Transfer and never in cash. In the situation where the customer chooses products whose price is different from the original, TRIBOO will adjust the price (return or charge the price difference).
For the purpose of cancellation, the User must always send an e-mail requesting the cancellation, with the following data to TRIBOO:
a) Order number
b) TIN, Full Name or delivery address
c) The date of the effective purchase may also be requested whenever necessary
If TRIBOO verifies any inconsistency in the personal information submitted or observes misconduct on the part of the Customer, it reserves the right not to process orders.
TRIBOO reserves the right to refuse any order, regardless of the reason and exempt from responsibility for any damages or costs, as well as reserves the right to cancel any purchase even if it has already been accepted or confirmed by TRIBOO, namely in the following situations:
– The information on the invoice is not correct or verifiable;
– The order is flagged by the website Security Systems as an incorrect, irregular order, or an order susceptible to fraud;
– When, being the option chosen, the payment transfer has not been received within 5 working days after the acceptance of your order;
– When it is not possible to deliver the order to the address provided by the “User”;
– If it is verified that there was an error in the presentation of the price of the product(s);
– If you assume that the order comes from an unauthorized reseller.
Communications
Any communication from TRIBOO may be made to the User’s email address, by SMS or phone contact, in order to facilitate the contact. TRIBOO may always ask the Customer to communicate by e-mail so that everything is recorded and there are no gaps in communication.
The User agrees to receive any and all communications and/or notifications related to the Online Store, to the address, contact phone number and or electronic mail address (“e-mail”) indicated in the order process.
At any time, you can request not to receive these communications and/or notifications through the Contact Form or through the option “Do not receive the Newsletter” included in each Newsletter.
Complaints
The User may submit any contractual conflicts to the arbitration and mediation mechanisms that are or may come to be legally constituted, as well as complain to TRIBOO of acts and omissions that violate the legal provisions applicable to the acquisition of goods.
The complaint must be filed within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the knowledge of the facts by the User, being registered in the information systems of TRIBOO that shall decide the complaint and notify the interested party within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of its receipt.

Conditions that apply to Promotional Codes (discounts)
Promotional codes are personal and non-transferable and can only be used on online purchases made at www.triboo.pt. It is not permitted to sell, exchange or give away a promotional code. The customer holding the promotional code may not upload or make available a promotional code on any web or other public form of offer, donation, sale or exchange. Use of promotional codes for commercial purposes is not permitted.
The use of a promotional code is limited to one use per product per order. Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or special offers.
Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be re-issued or refunded.
Without prejudice to any other rights, TRIBOO reserves the right to immediately invalidate the promotional code issued if it suspects that a promotional code is being used in violation of the above conditions.

TRIBOO may provide links to the websites of other entities. These sites are not owned, operated or controlled by TRIBOO, therefore, TRIBOO is not responsible for, does not approve or in any way support or endorse the content of these sites or of the sites linked or referred to in them. The establishment of links does not imply, in any case, the existence of relations between TRIBOO and the owner or manager of the website to which the link refers. The use of these links is the sole responsibility of the Users.
Applicable Law
The Contract is governed by Portuguese law.
